Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups

Buffalo Chicken Dip is one of my all-time favorites! It was actually one of my first blogging recipes (hence the poor picture quality and old recipe template). This year for the Super Bowl, I added this favorite dip to my new favorite Wonton Cups recipe series! It is FANTASTIC! And the best part…no need for chips with this recipe, the wonton shell is just what you needed for that crispy crunch!

If you are looking to lighten ‘cup’ this Super Bowl season try making this dip without the cream cheese. I have made it both with and without cream cheese and actually prefer it without! My husband prefers it with… Here’s a little secret {shh, don’t tell him} I actually haven’t made the dip with the cream cheese the last few times I’ve made it, and he never even noticed! :) Whether you prefer it with or without, this is bound to be a HUGE hit at your Super Bowl party!

4.  Place a small spoonful of buffalo chicken mixture on top of each wrap. Then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

5. Then re-layer again: wonton, chicken mixture, cheese. (Each cup will have two layers of all ingredients.)

6. Cook at 375 F. for 18-20 minutes.

Garnish with Blue Cheese Crumbles (optional).
