Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 2 Italian Sausages
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 large Yellow Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Spaghetti Sauce (1lb. 10oz. jar)
- 1 box Lasagna Noodles
- 10 oz Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 1lb Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
Directions
| 1. | Brown the beef, onion, and garlic in a little olive oil in a frying pan. Drain off any grease. Add the spaghetti sauce to the meat mixture; mix together well. |
| 2. | In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, milk, and egg. Beat until throughly mixed and smooth. Then mix in the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. |
| 3. | Grease the sides and bottom of the crock-pot. Then layer the meat and sauce mixture, lasagna noodles, then the cheese mixture on top. Repeat layers; topping with meat sauce and a little parmesan or mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top. |
| 4. | Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the noodles are soft. |
