- Cheese, sliced
- Large Pan
1. Lay slices of your favorite cheese on half of a tortilla, then fold closed. Cook on both sides on medium heat.
2. When the cheese is melted, open the tortilla and lay the open tortilla cheesy side down. (You will actually cook out some of the grease/fat in the cheese during this step!)
3. Fry the cheese until golden brown. Remove and allow to cool. (You may want to wipe the pan with a paper towel in between tacos.)
