Great Gift Idea for Kids {who have everything}

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Ripley’s Believe It or Not!. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you’re anything like me, you remember going to the library and either checking out or browsing through books that contained all of the weird statistics that you never thought about, but loved looking at. Well, you probably checked out some of the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! books. You and your friends gathered around the book and flipped through with a variety of responses to the disgusting and wierd, but true pictures and statistics about all kinds of things. (I asked my husband about it and he was the same way growing up!)

Well, here’s a great idea for a gift that’s sure to be a favorite. Ripley’s new book Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Download the Weird is a great gift.

One of the coolest aspects about this book is the new addtion that Ripley’s had added, an app that maked the book come to life. The app can be downloaded from either iTunes or Android and makes the reading of the book a whole new experience. This is next generation for reading books like this. How often do people watch TV with their smartphones interacting with what is being watched. Now the same can be done with Download the Weird app.

The new book is the next step in a long line of great books. I would probably say it’s the closest thing to going to one of their great locations! Enjoy!

  1. Great blog! Do you have any helpful hints for aspiring writers?

    I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
    Would you propose starting with a free platform like
    Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there
    that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any tips? Thank you!
