Kid’s Fall Snack: Pumpkin Patch Brownies

One of our favorite things to do as a family in the Fall is to visit a local pumpkin patch in search of the perfect pumpkin. Since moving to Texas, we have had to find a new pumpkin patch. While this provides a challenge, it also gives us a chance to start some new traditions. One of the things that we wanted to do was to create some fun activities each year that will be a part of the fall season beginning. So this year we made the perfect Pumpkin Patch Brownies to enjoy after our trip to the pumpkin patch. An easy, fun treat to make as a family that everyone is sure to love! Our boys especially loved that they were allowed to eat the ‘grass and dirt!’ What little boy wouldn’t LOVE that! :) (Ours most certainly do!)

Today I’m sharing this FUN Fall Snack over at KidsActivitiesBlog.com; come visit! Be sure to say hello! :)

  1. Looks delish! :)

  2. Those are so super cute! It can always be really hard to have traditions change, but it’s such a great opportunity to start new traditions. I hope you guys had a wonderful time at the patch, and I can’t wait to try these brownies!

  3. What a great idea! We bought a season pass to our pumpkin patch this year through Groupon, so I’m hoping to go back this weekend! This will make the perfect post-visit treat!! Thanks for the idea!!
