Parmesan-Oregano Pork Chops

Parmesan-Oregano Pork Chops are a favorite of my husband. My toddlers tried them for the first time recently and loved them as well;  as for me, I am very excited when everyone enjoys a quick and easy recipe! :)

Parmesan-Oregano Pork Chops

Serves 4-6
Prep time 15 minutes
Cook time 25 minutes
Total time 40 minutes
Meal type Main Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Pork Chops
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Oregano
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 large Gallon-sized Ziploc Bag

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine the eggs in a medium sized bowl and beat well.
2. Combine the Parmesan Cheese and Oregano into a small bowl and then pour into a large Ziploc Bag.
3. Dip each pork chop into the egg one at a time, then place into the bag and shake until the pork chop is covered in the parmesan/oregano mixture on all sides. Place the pork chops into a greased 9x13 pan.
4. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until they are cooked through.
