This is an easy, quick recipe my whole family enjoys (toddlers and adults both)! My husband and I love adding a little hot sauce to spice up the dish.
Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Turkey (or ground beef)
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cans Green Beans (or 1lb. of fresh green beans)
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 Bag Tator Tots
Directions
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. and grease a 9x13 pan. Brown the ground turkey on the stove top. |
| 2. | Next, mix together the ground turkey and 1 can of the cream of mushroom soup and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 casserole dish. |
| 3. | Then, combine the green beans (drain if using canned beans) with the other can of cream of mushroom soup and spread across the meat layer. |
| 4. | Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the green bean layer. |
| 5. | Top the casserole with a bag of frozen tator tots, then sprinkle with seasoning. |
| 6. | Bake the casserole for 35 minutes or until the sides are bubbling and the tator tots are lightly browned. |
