-99 Ways Preschoolers Can Learn to Serve and Bless Others-

This week, I am very excited to introduce to you a fantastic resource for parents wanting to raise children who learn the importance of serving others. Kristen Summers from Celebrate Every Day with Me just published her first ebook titled: Teach Me To Serve, 99 Ways For Preschoolers to Serve and Bless Others. This fantastic book goes to the heart of serving and explains why it is so important. It also gives practical ways for children and families to serve their family, neighbors, community, church, and world.

Weekend Road Trip!

So… as I mentioned last weekend, we were given the chance to review a great family resort destination. Where?  Well, we arrived around 1pm today and have already done the following: checked into our room, played in the waterpark, trick-or-treated down the character trail, received official wolf ears and tails in our kids meals tonight for dinner, had a robot make our frozen yogurt, listened to a bedtime story in the lobby, and FINALLY calmed down enough for two very excited boys to fall asleep. Any ideas? Well, here are a few pictures of our fun so far:  Follow Cheerios and Lattes on Instagram for more pictures, but also be sure to watch later next week as you will be able to read all about our weekend!

House Update!

So last week I also shared they were getting ready to pour the cement. Well this week, as you can see we almost have an entire house framed out! Crazy right!? Big Brother’s only concern is that he wants our wood to be green not pink! He does not want a pink room he says! ;)  Note: The house really isn’t tilted…that was me! Apparently I was a little crooked with the camera; I’ve warned you before that my photography skills are still in the works…

Thank you to everyone who shared so many

fantastic ideas last week!
